UPDATE FROM CLUB MOOLIA

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

3 JUNE 2022

Club Moolia participated in an Official Reception to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Establishment of the Government of Western Australia’s office in Singapore by the Deputy Premier of Western Australia; Minister for State Development; Jobs and Trade; Tourism; Commerce; Science, the Hon. Roger Cook MLA.

As part of the Diversify WA framework to focus on the external economy, including the energy, tourism, events, and creative industries, international education, defence industries, mining and METS, space industries, health and medical life science and primary industries, the club is expected to create local jobs, increase demand for local goods and services, and secure trade in strategic sectors including tourism. In the areas of tourism and agriculture, the club supports various measures by the state to increase agritourism, including tourism opportunities that are suitably located to manage bushfire risk.

The club will also actively engage the Department of Training and Workforce Development to build a skilled workforce for the future, through training programs, apprenticeships and traineeships, and workforce planning development during the post-COVID-19 recovery period. We believe that a healthy ecosystem is necessary to create a vibrant workforce which can address the needs of tourists visiting the region.

Club Moolia looks forward to welcoming international guests, domestic travellers, corporate clients, and members to explore exciting activities, attractions, amenities, and much more in the heart of the Chittering Valley.
