WA’s leading civil engineer and race track expert Enzo Biagoni-Froudist to deliver a world-class race track for Club Moolia members.

 

Club Moolia and Peritas Group announced today that they have entered into a strategic partnership to create a motorsports development facility in Western Australia.

 

The partnership brings together the vision and foresight of Club Moolia’s founders with Peritas Group’s wide- ranging experience in civil engineering across a diverse portfolio of private and government sector projects. As a result of this partnership, members of Club Moolia can expect to be greeted by one of the world’s most unique developments.

Civil construction will commence in January 2022 and be expected to complete by December 2022.

 

The general scope of this partnership will include the following:

 

• Review current documents for the civil works, for the purposes of project orientation and potential work optimisation.

• Provide Superintendence responsibilities and administer the earthworks and civil contract at the Bindoon Racetrack project.

• Monitoring of Contractor’s quality control, inspections and testing processes to ensure compliance including ensuring appropriate documentation is provided certifying satisfactory completion of inspection and testing processes.

• Discharge duties as Superintendent in accordance with AS2124 – 1992.

• Promote early completion of the contract and administer quality assurance activities on site as required.

• Monitor activities on site including surveys, progress meetings between joint venture parties, quantity verification, measurement, quality control and preliminary claim verifications.
